Success Fees

  • Buyer Success Fee: 1.5% of transaction value, payable on registry.
  • Off-market Mandates: 2% - 2.5% based on exclusivity and allocation size.
  • Developer Sales: 3% per unit sold via launch or channel partner campaigns.
